Hi, my name is Aaron. I'm a Filmmaker/Director/Producer/Writer based in Queensland, Australia. I'm passionate about the art of storytelling through film and writing. After having a career in property, I decided it was time to pursue my creative desire and in 2020 started my journey as a film student at USC. For as long as I have known the art of story has been my passion. I recently completed a screenwriting course with the Australian Film & Television School (AFTRS) which has added value to my current and upcoming writing work. I have produced and directed a short documentary titled 'The Guide' (2021), an observational story of one mans journey to belonging. Standing behind the camera during filming, I felt that my purpose is to make independent films and bring stories to life. My transferable skills from property have been beneficial for being a producer with preparing budgets, sourcing funding, legal contracts and production management. I'm grateful to have those fundamental skills. Most importantly, I'm living my dream.
